The Samsung Android Tablet Internet Options

The Samsung Galaxy Tablet uses the Android operating system to deliver apps, Web browsing and media playback in a portable format. The device features support for both Wi-Fi and the 3G network to get you connected to the Internet while in your home or on the go. You can use the Internet options built into the tablet to set up your Internet connection.

    Press the "Menu" key and tap Settings.

    Tap Wireless and Networks and press the Wi-Fi Settings option.

    Tap the Wi-Fi option to turn on the Wi-Fi antenna. The Wi-Fi icon will appear on the tablet's notification bar and it will display a list of the available networks in your area.

    Tap the name of your wireless network and tap the Password field that appears. Use the onscreen keypad to enter the encryption key for the network and tap "Connect" to connect to the wireless network.

    Tap the Wi-Fi Settings option again and tap the "Wi-Fi" button to turn off the wireless antenna and use the tablet's 3G mobile network connection. The 3G network icon will appear on the notification bar, displaying the strength of the connection to the mobile network.
